PRE-ORDER FAQ

Each Piece Is Created Per Order in Philadelphia. Due To The Nature Of This Process, Please Allow Up To 10 Business Days From Your Purchase Date For Your Item(s) To Ship. Once Your Order Is Complete & Shipped, An Email Will Be Sent Out To You With Tracking Information.
*Due to Covid-19, there are expected delays but all will be communicated as best as possible.

Your piece will ship no later than  DECEMBER 23RD, 2021
There are SPECIFIC RULES that make this possible:

PAYMENT
  • THE PREORDER requires PAYMENT IN FULL at checkout. This includes shipping and taxes.
NO REFUNDS
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS • NO CANCELLATIONS • NO CHANGES of any kind to your order - NO EXCEPTIONS. We have to actually make your piece FOR YOU. This is the only way we can offer this preorder.
  • All products are made by hand per order. Due to the nature of this process all sales are final.
DELIVERY
  • Your piece is  EXPECTED TO ARRIVE between  DECEMBER 1ST, 2021 - DECEMBER 23RD 2021.
  • DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS. We are unable to accommodate ANY address changes. Please provide a secure address where you can receive your order at the arrival date (5/15/2021 -5/31/2021).
  • You will receive UPS tracking info via email once your order has shipped
    SHIPPING

    SCHEDULE

      • We cannot guarantee a specific date of arrival. It will likely be sooner but DECEMBER 23rd  2021 is the LATEST that the pieces will ship. In the event of an unforeseen delay or disaster (Covid, Hurricane, Alien Invasion, etc.) you will be the FIRST to know.

      • We are a small team and trying to grow as honestly as we can. Please DO NOT order if you are not sure. Please DO NOT contact us about shipment status, all the info is explained here.
