SHIPPING
All orders (except pre-sale, made-to-order, and custom items ) are processed within 24-72 hours of purchase and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. Your tracking email will provide you with the tracking number, carrier, and other shipment information in regards to your Marcus Branch Studios purchase. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES

Order shipment and tracking information will be sent via e-mail once your order ships. International customers are responsible for duty and tax on delivery. Duty and tax may vary by country.
Refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding carrier claims.
In order to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be receiving in writing within 7 days of delivery of the order.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order gives you the opportunity to buy an item that will become available at a later date. Please be informed that, after placing the pre-order, no quantity, size or address changes are allowed.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE CHARGED?
We will charge the amount via your selected payment method once the order is placed. It is not possible to modify the payment method after it has been processed.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?
You can check the estimated shipping date either on the product's page or in your confirmation email. Please note that orders are processed automatically and the actual shipping date might vary.
